Click Clack Moo, Cows That Type

This book, by Doreen Cronin and illustrated by Betsy Lewin, is an extremely entertaining book. It is about barn with different farm animals that know how to type, and they try to get things they want from the farmer. When the farmer's first reaction is no, the animals threat to stop producing things for the farmer. There are many different skills and strategies that a student can learn and understand from this book. The obvious one is this would be a fun way to start working on keyboarding and typing skills. However, most importantly, this book demonstrates great teamwork with one another. When all of the animals work together, they finally get what they need! The illustration is another thing to be recognized in this book. There is a ton of color and large illustrations that are easy to see. I will definitely use this book in my Elementary classrooms.
